Mandatory Tournament Registrations Thursday, June 1
Mandatory Tournament Registration/Check-In will be held on Thursday June 1, 2017 from 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Friday, June 2, 2017, from 10:00 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
Check in will be conducted at the Legends FC office located at 13851 Roswell Ave., Suite E, Chino, CA. With over 200 teams participating, we do not have the option of Saturday check ins. Check in does not have to be completed by the team manager. It may be completed by anyone from the team or another team in your club.
Check in will be conducted based on your roster as it is set up in the TGS (Total Global Sports) system as of Monday May 29, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. If you have not input your roster in the TGS system, it is very important that you do that. If the roster is not there, you will need to create a manual roster on Thursday or Friday and more importantly, your team profile will not be complete for purposes of the program provided to College Coaches. I know this is a new system for some of you, but it will be worthwhile for you to take the time to enter the information, not only for this event, but for the many future events that are transitioning to the TGS system.
In order to expedite the registration process, please make sure that you come prepared with player ID cards and medical release forms for every rostered player. Birth certificates will only be verified to the extent there are any discrepancies between the player ID cards and medical release forms. Players without proper credentials will be ineligible to participate.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding that Thursday and Friday check in while inconvenient provides a MUCH SMOOTHER SATURDAY MORNING KICKOFF FOR THE KIDS AND ENSURES THAT ALL PLAYERS ARE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE AND ARE COVERED BY INSURANCE IN THE EVENT THAT AN INJURY OCCURS!!!
